Staykart is not responsible for any errors, comissions or representations on any of its pages, links or any linked website pages unless such information is directly updated or provided by service providers or advertisers.
Staykart does not endorse any advertisers on its website or any linked site in any way. Users are requested to verify the accuracy of all information provided on third-party web pages.
The Linked Sites are not under the control of Staykart and therefore Staykart is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site(s) or any further links to such Site(s) or any changes or updates to such Sites. Staykart provides these links to users only as a convenience.
This User Agreement with Terms of Service (collectively, "User Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of Staykart Private Limited's services and products.
Any person ("User") who inquires about or purchases any of Staykart's products or services through Staykart's website, mobile application, sales person, office, call center, branch office, franchisee, agent, etc. "Sales Channels") agrees to be governed by this User Agreement. Staykart's websites and mobile applications are collectively referred to as the 'Website'.
User and Staykart are both individually referred to as 'Parties' and collectively referred to as 'Parties' in the User Agreement.
The “Terms of Service” available on Staykart's website details the terms and conditions applicable to various services or products facilitated by Staykart. The User should refer to the relevant Terms of Service applicable to the given product or service that has been booked by the User. Such Terms of Service are binding on the User.
ELIGIBILITY TO USE
User must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into a contract in order to become a user and use Staykart's services. If you are a minor or under 18 years of age, you may not register as a user of the Website and may not transact or use the Website.
If you wish to use or transact on the Website as a minor, such use or transacting shall be done only by a person (legal guardian or parent) of legal contracting age. We reserve the right to terminate your membership and/or block access to the Website if it is determined that you are a minor or legally incapable of entering into a contract or that any information regarding your age entered while creating an account is incorrect. .
Before using the Website, contacting any sales channels or availing the services of Staykart, Users must read and understand this User Agreement, and shall be deemed to have accepted this User Agreement as a binding document that governs the User's dealings and dealings with Staykart. . If User does not agree with any part of this Agreement, User shall not avail Staykart's Services and shall not access or interact with Staykart's sales channels.
All rights and obligations of User and Staykart with respect to any services or products facilitated by Staykart shall be limited to the scope of this User Agreement.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
User expressly warrants to provide true and valid information to Staykart and not to make any misrepresentation of facts while using the Website under this User Agreement. Any default on the part of the User shall exclude the User from availing the Services from Staykart.
If Staykart at any time during or after receipt of a request for Services from the User learns or believes that the request for Services is either unauthorized or that the information provided by the User or any Traveler is not correct or that any fact. It is misrepresented by the User, Staykart shall be entitled to appropriate legal remedies against the User, including cancellation of the booking, without any prior notice to the User. In such event, Staykart shall not be responsible or to enter the hotel. Similarly, guests who identify themselves as a couple may be denied accommodation if they do not present proper identification upon check-in. Some hotels do not allow local residents to enter as guests. Staykart shall not be liable for any denial of check-in by the hotel for the reasons listed above or for any other reason beyond Staykart's control. If the hotel refuses to enter the hotel under these conditions, no amount will be refunded.
Responsibilities of User
1. The user is responsible for compensation for any damages caused to the hotel property caused by his or his companion's actions (whether intentional or negligent). The scope and amount of damage is determined by the relevant hotel. Staykart does not intend to interfere in this field in any way.
2. The main guest must be at least 18 years old to enter the hotel.
3. User must have valid ID and proof of address upon login. The hotel reserves the right to deny guests entry if they do not present valid identification documents upon arrival.
4. Check-in times, check-out times, and changes in those times are subject to hotel rules and regulations. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to room availability and the hotel may charge additional fees for providing such services.
Additional charges by hotel
The booking amount paid by the user is for hotel stay only. Some bookings may include breakfast and/or meals which are confirmed at the time of booking. Any other services availed by the user at the hotel including laundry, room service, internet, telephone, additional food, beverages, beverages etc. shall be paid by the user directly to the hotel.
The hotel may levy a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods such as Christmas, New Year's Eve or other festivals as determined by the hotel. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharge) are to be cleared directly with the hotel. Staykart will have no control over waiving it.
PAYMENT FOR BOOKINGS AND ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS
· Booking of a hotel can either be “Prepaid”, or “Pay at hotel” as per the options
made available by a hotel on the Website of Staykart.in.
In “Prepaid” model, the total booking amount is paid by the User at the time of booking itself. Such total booking amount includes the hotel reservation rate, taxes, service fees
